Dietary Requirements

Here at ShirleyRae's we know only too well how important it is to cater for individual dietary requirements. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that our products do not contain any allergens as requested, we cannot 100% guarantee that the product will be free from that particular allergen.

How we do things at ShirleyRae's...

Thorough two-part cleaning is carried out prior to, during and after baking.
Separate equipment is used for gluten/dairy free preparation.
We only use flour from reputable suppliers. Our gluten free flour is supplied by Doves Farm.
Allergen labelling is on all of our baked goods.
